Excellent service from Ian when dealing with my mortgage. He expertly supported me through my application despite the complications of being an agency worker and made the process very easy. I also turned for help with remortgage, and that went pretty smooth too. Would highly recommended. Ian is always available to talk and explain the process. He is very responsive and clear about everything mortgage-related. He worked extremely hard, considering the amount of documents required to support my application, and as a result, we became very happy homeowners.
